Format: Basketball players NEVER get enough shots up in practices. SWISH SUNDAYS sessions are designed to help athletes get HUNDREDS of shots up, with a heavy focus on shooting form and shooting mechanics (footwork, balance, ready hands, etc.).

Focus Points will include: Shooting Form, Catch & Shoot; Shooting on the Move; Shot Fakes; Shooting off Screens; etc. (LOTS OF REPS!!!)
